Refreshing Green Smoothie

As much as kids turn their noses up at green smoothies my daughter loves this version that has a chocolate mint flavour.

Equipment

  • Vitamix/Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop ice 2-3 cubes
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp seed mix (chia, hemp, flax)
  • ½ tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp chlorella optional
  • 1 drop peppermint oil or a few fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your blender and start on low until mixed and on high to blend.
