I am a passionate home chef with a desire to help you find ways to enjoy time preparing healthy meals. My philosophy is that cooking should be just as enjoyable as sitting down to a meal with your family. From the simplest of meals to the dinner party you have been planning for ages, being in your kitchen should be therapeutic. After all, the kitchen is the hub of the home.

Engaging your kids in the process of planning and cooking will connect them more with the food they eat. Cooking can be a mindful practice, a creative outlet and is a gift for life. It might even get them to try and like something new.
During our session together Alison will get to know what will work for your family depending on routines, likes, dislikes, allergies. Alison will develop a plan for a week of meals, a grocery list and instructions for making the process easier.
