Blueberry Chocolate Smoothie
This smoothie is great before or after a workout with protein for muscle recovery.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp seed mix (chia, flax, hemp)
- ½ tbsp caoco or cocoa powder
- Add all ingredients to your Vitamix/blender and start on low and slowly move up to high speed when all is combined.
