Blueberry Chocolate Smoothie

This smoothie is great before or after a workout with protein for muscle recovery.


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp seed mix (chia, flax, hemp)
  • ½ tbsp caoco or cocoa powder


  • Add all ingredients to your Vitamix/blender and start on low and slowly move up to high speed when all is combined.
