My new favourite recipe from Jenn Segal of Once Upon a Chef. Salad is tossed in an Cider Vinaigrette and can be perfectly paired with many fall dishes.
The Apple Salad can be served with the salmon or with another menu. When I serve the salad on its own I like to add some shaved old cheddar cheese.
I love this salad especially for kids who might shy away from a traditional greens. This is also perfect packed in a lunch because it can be dressed ahead of time. Throw a bit of arugula in before serving for a more grown up version.
